Timmy and Tommy Tibble were identical twins, and the grandsons of Grandma Tibble. Their grandmother thought that they were angels, but really the twins were mischievous brats. They went to the same preschool as D.W. Read and James MacDonald. It is unknown what happened to their parents. Tommy Tibble was nominated for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by D.W. Read.

The twins were shown to be murdered and possibly eaten by Pickles the Clown in Pickles, Part 4. Their heads were stabbed onto a stick like a kabob.
Trivia[]
- It is completely impossible to tell which twin is which because they don't wear handkerchiefs.
- In Issue 157, the character speaking in panel 2 (later revealed as Wheezer) was originally one of the Tibble twins. This was a mistake, as the Tibble twins had died earlier in the series. The character was redrawn before the issue was released.
