He occasionally leaves the college to visit his family in Elwood City, which also sparked his relationship with Catherine Frensky (Love Saga Origins). When their parents disapproved of their relationship, the couple was separated and Chip was sent back to Tallahassee Tech. Chip sent Catherine a message, asking her to join his at the college. Catherine escaped her apartment, and is currently traveling to Tallahassee Tech.
