Biography
Harry and Bitzi Baxter have a history of on-and-off relationships. In the original Arthur series, they were in a relationship from Season 5 to Season 8.
Bitzi proposed to Harry on June 3, 2014, and he accepted (I Wanna Marry Harry, Part 1). But he called the wedding off when Bo Baxter, Bitzi's ex-husband, told him about Bitzi's previous marriage (I Wanna Marry Harry, Part 2).
Harry was watching Bitzi's murder trial (she had murdered Kara and Baby B. Baxter) on television with Buster Baxter and John Morris (Trial and Error, Part 2).
After Bitzi's execution (she was found guilty), Harry gave the speech at her funeral on September 17, 2014:
- "Bitzi Baxter was a liar, adultress, and murderer to most...but to others...she was loved. I wrote this poem for Bitzi: Roses are red, violets are blue, you are now dead, but I love you."
- —Harry Mills at Bitzi's funeral
He confessed that he still loved Bitzi even after they broke up.
